Windows binaries were:
o Manipulated by Bertrand: the .lib file was missing
o renamed from xz-5.2.1-windows.zip to xz-5.2.1-win32.tar.gz

From Fons, 10/11/11:
Stock xz-5.0.3.tar.gz except I remove -Wlogical-op from "configure"
as it produces many warnings in clang which does not support this option.
